  2. Yes, I soak every nut I eat. Including the crust. You just have to soak the cashews for the cheesecake for 2 hours so they are nice and soft for the blender, but the crust you have to dehydrate them to get them dry enough to blend with the dates and not be so pasty! It's great and it really kills my sweet tooth and I am never tempted to overeat it because a few bites is enough. Thank you for looking!
